Placing a Book Order on Uncursed 



How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, browse our book selection by signing up and visiting the "Books" button on the app homepage. Find books, browse by categories, tap the ones you'd like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. From there, you'll be asked to pay with your wallet, make the payment with your wallet and you will get access to the instant digital delivery. 

Update  your shipping  information under your account profile..


What payment methods do you accept?

We primarily accept Uncursed wallet; you can fund your wallet using a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards and Paypal.


Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

Your order is processed for instant digital delivery, hence you may not cancel an order once it is placed.  


How long does it take to receive my order?

Digital delivery on all purchases is instant.  When your wallet is charged, your purchased book will be delivered to Uncursed Book Reader. Print book delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 10 to 14 business days.



What if I receive a damaged or defective book?

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately at books@uncursed.com or simply chat with  our book teams @uncursedreaderbooks in the Uncursed app. We'll do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.



How do I return a book I no longer want?

All book sales are final. We do not accept book returns.  


Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we offer a variety of discounts and promotions throughout the year. You can sign up for our email list to receive updates on current offers.


What if I can't find the book I'm looking for on your website?

If you can't find the book you're looking for, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in locating it.


Is it safe to make a purchase on your website?

Tap on the "courses" tab on the Uncursed app homepage

Browse the courses available on the platform

Choose the course you want to enroll in

Click on the "Enroll" or "Take this course" button

Make a payment using your Wallet


Complete the payment process

 Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a course?

 What happens if I don't complete a course?

A. If you don't complete a course, you won't receive a certificate of completion. However, you can always return to the course and pick up where you left off.
